I had a fantastic stay at a hotel conveniently located near Ishiyama station. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with two queen beds. The free breakfast was a great bonus. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and convenient stores. I highly recommend this hotel.

we spent a pleasant time here, would be happy to recommend to anyone. we appreciated reiah hotel otsu ishiyama. even the itami airport was not so far. imamura kitchen ilcuore was set 10 minutes walk away.

Conveniently located close to the train station with easy access to nearby attractions. The room was nicely decorated and there was good WiFi connectivity throughout the hotel. The staff were very friendly and greeted us with a smile.

The breakfast was not up to par, lacking in variety and taste. The room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around with luggage.

Great location just outside centre of Kyoto, good access on train - just as quick as being in centre but without the congestion. Plenty of local restaurants.

The hotel is located at Ishiyama Station. It's very convenient to scenery. Furthermore, we can proceed to Kyoto by JR line.

Was a great location close to train station and the breakfast was nice. The laundry was good too.

No Wifi in rooms although they advertise it.

The hotel is located in a convenient area that is easy to find and close to the train station. Despite being in a less travelled area, there is a small shopping mall nearby and beautiful lake too. The rooms are spacious and clean, with nice facilities including a fridge and microwave. Service is pleasant and helpful, and breakfast is satisfactory.

Sadly, the noise level is quite high and can be a disturbance to those sensitive to it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is superb, being very near the JR station and close to Keihanishiyama station. It is also conveniently located on the 4th station on JR Biwako line. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious.
